Where do you post to?

We run a worldwide shipping service using Royal Mail.

 

What is your turnaround time?

Our turnaround time is generally 10-14 days, however around busy periods such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mothers Day & Fathers Day, lead times may be longer.

 

What if I need a card before your turnaround time?

If you have left it a little late and your order is needed before our turnaround time, we will always try to accommodate you as best we can but please message us via our social media channels or email us on enquiries@finalflourishes.co.uk before placing the order.

 

Where are you based?

We are Essex based, with two collection points in Romford and Hornchurch.

 

Can I order a bespoke design that isn’t on your website?

Yes! You can either go to the “Create Your Own” template, fill out an enquiry form or email us on enquiries@finalflourishes.co.uk.

 

I have a question about my order, how do I contact you?

What is your returns policy?

We do not accept returns on any personalised items.
